SNK continues to work as a fee developer for the 3000 Bardin project. Construction on the 252-unit wrap-style development should begin before Labor Day.
Today, January 8, 2019, The Residences at 3000 Bardin obtained Grand Prairie City Council approval by an unanimous vote of 7-0. Both the site plan and the design were approved.
3000 Bardin will be a luxury 250-unit, 4 & 5 story wrap-style multifamily building. On behalf of its client, Yagnapurush LLC, SNK has directed the acquisition, due diligence, design, entitlements and pre-development of 3000 Bardin.
SNK acted as both a due diligence consultant and the buyer’s broker for Mahantraj CR LLC in its acquisition on January 8, 2018 of +-17 acres of land in Craig Ranch in McKinney, Texas.
The project name will be The Casitas at Shaw Creek. The site is adjacent to Shaw Creek Towne Center and across FM 983 from McDonald Elementary. Ferris Intermediate School is less than 1/4 mile away on FM 664.
SNK and DSD Investments plan to develop the project in two phases. The first phase will consist of townhouse-style residences along FM 983, a clubhouse, pool and other amenities. Construction should begin in the spring of 2019.
